We match experienced caregivers with residential care homes and private families across Texas who are hiring directly. Most placements are live-in roles. Overnight, weekend, relief, and PRN placements are also available based on client demand.

• Live-in positions where you reside in the home, with daily duties, meals, and overnight presence
• Overnight and weekend coverage roles
• Work with seniors in small residential homes or in a private family's home
• Duties set by the hiring home or family, which may include personal care support, meals, housekeeping, and companionship

What hiring homes and families look for

• Real caregiving experience, especially in residential or live-in settings
• Experience with dementia, hospice, or transfers and Hoyer lifts is valued for many homes
• Reliability about schedule and time off, discussed honestly before you start
• Willingness to complete the hiring client's own verification, which can include background screening and references
